About the Organization:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate district-level outreach and engagement activities for Youth Empowerment Hub initiatives.
- Connect with students, youth groups, institutions, and community stakeholders to expand program participation.
- Represent Youth Empowerment Hub as a campus and community ambassador across assigned areas.
- Support the planning and execution of awareness drives, events, campaigns, and youth-focused activities.
- Develop and share engaging content across relevant social media platforms to promote organizational initiatives.
- Build and maintain professional networks through LinkedIn and other appropriate communication channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams and local participants to ensure smooth execution of assigned activities.
- Collect feedback, document outreach outcomes, and share regular updates on district-level progress.
- Use creative and design-thinking approaches to identify solutions for improving youth participation and engagement.
- Assist with public relations, communication, and community-building activities associated with organizational programs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Communication Skills and Public Relations (PR) abilities to represent the organization effectively and build positive relationships with participants and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated interest in Leadership Development, Community Engagement, and Design Thinking to support impactful district-level initiatives.
- Ability to apply Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Networking (LinkedIn) to expand outreach and connect with relevant communities.
