YES BANK is hiring for the role of Auditor (Wholesale Credit Audit)!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Conduct independent reviews and audits of the Wholesale Banking portfolio to evaluate accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness of credit processes, risk management, and loan documentation. - Participate in comprehensive audits across Wholesale Banking business units, operations, and credit risk workflows. - Draft and issue formal audit findings, lead closing discussions with auditees, and track open issues to final resolution. - Assist in planning, designing, and executing risk-based audit plans to ensure financial safety and operational soundness. - Maintain complete audit documentation and work papers within strict deadlines. - Benchmark audit workflows to industry best practices and maintain updated Audit Procedure Manuals and checklists. - Provide oversight to the Concurrent Audit process, ensuring timely submission of reports, checklist updates, issue tracking, and prompt rectification.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Chartered Accountant / Certified Internal Auditor preferred). - In-depth understanding of Wholesale Credit Risk management, regulatory guidelines, internal credit policies, and loan documentation. - Hands-on expertise in Internal Audit, Credit Audit, Wholesale Credit Audit, and Concurrent Audit frameworks. - Strong analytical, risk identification, problem-solving, and auditing capabilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with auditee negotiation abilities.
