About the Company
Yelevate Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. is a consulting firm specialising in apparel consulting. The firm works with apparel businesses to strengthen quality systems, improve operational performance, and support consistent delivery across the value chain. We are looking for a Consultant - Quality Manager to join the team in Gurgaon, Haryana, and contribute practical quality expertise to client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead quality-focused consulting assignments for apparel clients from assessment and diagnosis through implementation.
- Develop, review, and implement quality standards, inspection procedures, audit frameworks, and process-control documentation.
- Evaluate manufacturing and production processes, identify quality gaps, and recommend practical corrective and preventive actions.
- Work closely with client teams, vendors, factories, and internal stakeholders to improve product quality and reduce defects.
- Monitor quality metrics, prepare clear reports, track improvement plans, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
- Support root-cause analysis, compliance reviews, training initiatives, and continuous-improvement programmes across engagements.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in quality management, apparel quality, garment manufacturing, or a related consulting environment.
- Strong analytical, documentation, presentation, and client-management skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of quality inspections, factory processes, audits, defect analysis, and corrective action planning.
- Ability to travel to client or manufacturing locations when required and manage multiple assignments with ownership.
- NIFT graduate or pass-out, with a strong understanding of apparel production, garment construction, materials, and quality processes.
- The role is full-time and based in Gurgaon, Haryana, with an annual compensation equivalent of ₹6.6–7.8 lakh, paid monthly at ₹55,000–₹65,000.
