About the Company
Xplo Animation Service Pvt Ltd is seeking a Blender 3D Generalist to contribute to high-quality animation and 3D production work. The role offers an opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to develop their craft while working on visually engaging projects in a collaborative production environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and refine 3D assets, models, environments, and scenes using Blender.
- Support modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and basic animation requirements across projects.
- Interpret creative briefs and production references while maintaining visual consistency and technical quality.
- Prepare organized, optimized files and make revisions based on feedback from artists and project leads.
- Collaborate with the wider animation team to meet project schedules and delivery standards.
Requirements
- Blender is mandatory, with practical familiarity in a 3D production workflow.
- Applicants may be freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of 3D modeling, materials, lighting, rendering, and composition is preferred.
- A portfolio or sample work demonstrating Blender-based 3D skills will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to work responsibly in a team are essential.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Chennai, with an annual package of ₹2.64 LPA to ₹3.24 LPA depending on skills and experience.
