Rules & Regulations:
- On-the-spot registration will not be allowed.
- Participants are required to prepare and deliver a speech addressing the given theme.
- The speech should present the participant's vision, key policies, ideas, and proposed interventions for improving urban municipal governance and service delivery.
- The use of foul language and inappropriate ideas is strictly prohibited.
- Political promotion and hate/discriminatory speech are strictly prohibited.
- Participants may be disqualified for using derogatory or demeaning speech.
- The speech must be completed within the 10-minute time limit.
- The use of foul language and rude behavior with organizers is strictly prohibited.
- Any participant found violating the above rules will be disqualified.
- The decision of the jury will be final and binding on participants with regard to the interpretation of the rules and regulations.
