Opportunity brief
Overview
If courage meant leaving home when you found your calling, if bravery meant working with some of the most vulnerable, and if generosity meant becoming a selfless teacher whom students would remember for decades, Father McGrath was all three.
In a world that seems ever more divided, moving fast toward destruction, and where corruption is the norm, we need to bring the values of Maggie (as he was affectionately called) to a wider audience. That is our true homage to the man and the legend.
The XLRI Batch of 1985–87 and its Alumni, pay tribute to Father McGrath by creating an opportunity for young business leaders to imbibe the values of ethical and sustainable business practice.
