Submission guidelines:
- One submission per team, for one track only
- PPT only, maximum 10 slides
- Clearly state the problem, proposed solution, technology stack, feasibility and technical approach, potential impact, and current stage — idea-only, prototype in progress, or working prototype
- For Track 2, idea-only entries are accepted in Round 1. A working prototype is not mandatory in Round 1, but if you have one, include photos, a short demo video link, or test results.
- Submissions must be original work by the team.
Submissions will be evaluated based on:
- Innovation and originality
- Problem relevance
- Feasibility and technical approach
- Potential impact
- Quality of the proposed solution
Shortlisted teams will qualify for Round 2.
Round 2 – Final Build & Demo
- Shortlisted teams will advance to the in-person final round at Woxsen University, Hyderabad. Participants will develop or refine their solutions and present their final build or demonstration to the judges.
- The full Round 2 schedule and participation details will be shared directly with shortlisted teams.
- Hardware teams should bring their prototype and components. If you need power, workspace, or internet support for your demo, inform the organizers in advance after shortlisting.
