Position Details
Position: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)
Location: Egmore, Chennai
Gender: Female Candidates Only
Industry: E-Commerce | B2B
Languages: Hindi / Telugu / Kannada – Added advantage
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday & Last Saturday Weekoff
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle outbound voice calls and telecalling activities.
- Manage online and print magazine subscriptions, including new subscriptions and renewals.
- Invite delegates for conferences and conclaves and assist with registrations.
- Generate leads and promote packages through H2O Bazaar.
- Use Zoho applications for calling activities, customer management, and reporting.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and subscribers.
- Ensure timely delivery of subscribed customer services and deliverables.
- Track magazine dispatches and follow up with subscribers.
- Demonstrate willingness to learn new processes and take initiative.
Candidate Profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada - Value added.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and customer interaction.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Candidates with experience in Voice Process, Telecalling, Customer Relationship, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales are preferred.
