- Role: Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager.
- Experience: 3–5 Years.
- Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate.
- Language: Kannada, English + any other language preferred.
- Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA + Incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations & sales performance.
- Lead and motivate the sales team.
- Drive customer experience & revenue targets.
- Monitor store KPIs, inventory & daily operations.
- Handle customer escalations and team performance.
