About the Company
VSPH Global is offering an opportunity for aspiring designers to gain practical exposure through a structured UI/UX design internship. Interns will work in a professional environment, build portfolio-ready experience, and receive guidance while contributing to meaningful digital design initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support the design of intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging user interfaces for digital products.
- Assist with user flows, wireframes, prototypes, design layouts, and interaction concepts.
- Use Figma to create wireframes, high-fidelity screens, clickable prototypes, and reusable design components.
- Develop a basic understanding of tools such as FigJam, Adobe XD, Sketch, or comparable UI/UX design platforms.
- Collaborate with relevant team members to understand requirements and refine design solutions.
- Apply feedback thoughtfully and maintain consistency with established design standards.
- Document design decisions and help prepare design assets or presentations when required.
Requirements
- Interest in UI/UX design, user-centered thinking, and digital product experiences.
- Basic knowledge of Figma, including frames, layers, components, auto layout, styles, prototyping, and sharing designs for feedback.
- Familiarity with wireframing, prototyping, visual hierarchy, typography, color, spacing, responsive design, and basic usability principles.
- Basic exposure to FigJam, Adobe XD, Sketch, Canva, or similar design and collaboration tools is helpful.
- A portfolio, academic project, or sample work demonstrating design ability is preferred.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work remotely are expected.
- This is a 2-month, unpaid, full-time internship. Successful completion includes a certificate and a letter of recommendation.
