Voya Financial is hiring for the role of Lead Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Design, build, and maintain workflow automations and integrations.
- Configure business objects, forms, workflows, and rules to support operational processes.
- Translate business requirements into module-based automation solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automated workflows for reliability and performance.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to continuously improve process efficiency.
- Configure and administer systems to meet business needs; no coding required, but strong technical aptitude is essential.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain documentation and training materials for system processes and configurations.
- Provide Tier 1 support and troubleshoot platform functionality issues.
Requirements:
- Expertise in using Power Automate
- Using MS Office tools for automation
- Preferrable B Tech graduate but fine without it if comes with Power Automate expertise.
