Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of e-commerce marketplace accounts and product listings.
- Help maintain accurate product information, pricing, inventory updates, images, and promotional details.
- Monitor orders, customer queries, reviews, and basic marketplace performance metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve listing, fulfilment, and account-related issues.
- Assist with competitor checks, sales reporting, and improvements to the online buying experience for customers in rural markets.
Requirements
- Interest in e-commerce, account management, online marketplaces, and consumer products.
- Good communication, organisation, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets or digital platforms will be helpful.
