About the Company
Vitu Realty operates in the real estate industry and is building opportunities for motivated interns to gain practical exposure across people operations, marketing, and business management. This on-site internship is based in Mangaluru, Karnataka, and offers a structured work environment with hands-on learning.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR activities, coordination, documentation, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, content coordination, market research, lead tracking, and promotional activities.
- Contribute to management tasks including reporting, scheduling, process coordination, and business analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams, maintain timely updates, and complete assigned work responsibly.
Requirements

- The internship requires full-time availability from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- This is a six-month paid internship with a monthly stipend of ₹5,000.
