As a BDA Intern, you will play a crucial, high - impact role in accelerating our organizational growth, broadening our learner community, and inttroducing our ecosystem of premium educational products to the market. This intensive, fast -paced 6-month internship is engineered to give you rigorous, hands-on enterprise-level sales training, professional customer- acquisition mastery, and an immediate pathway into a high paying executive corporate track.
Responsibilityies:
- Cilent Calling & Lead Generation: Conduct direct outreach via outbonding calling, email sequences, and digital follow - ups. Interact directlly with prospective learners and professionals to understand their career needs, counsel them, and guide them through VisionTech's programs.
- Institutional & College Collaboration: Actively build strategic relationships with colleges, universities, and technical institues. Partner with academic leaders to set up campus drives, educational webinars workshops, and institutional learning partnerships.
Post Internship Opportunity
- We do not offer dead-end roles. This program is intentionally engineered to serve as an executive pipeline. Upon complete, successful completion of the 6- month internship phase and consistent target attainment, you will be fast-tracked for a full-time corporate track offer as a permanent Business Development Associate (BDA).
Your permanent, converted full-time salary package (CTC) will be Rupee 8LPA.
