Vision AI Learning is hiring for Curriculum Developer – Artificial Intelligence (K-12 / Classes 5–10)
About the Company
Vision AI Learning develops practical, engaging learning experiences that help schools and educators bring emerging technology into the classroom. The organisation is building age-appropriate Artificial Intelligence education for learners in Classes 5–10 through structured curriculum, hands-on projects, and teacher enablement.
Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive AI syllabus modules, lesson plans, classroom activities, and teacher guides for middle and high school learners.
- Apply ADDIE and Bloom's Taxonomy to structure learning objectives, content progression, activities, and outcomes.
- Translate foundational AI and machine learning concepts, prompt engineering, and relevant technology tools into clear, engaging, project-based experiences.
- Create formative and summative assessments, practical challenges, answer keys, and real-world project rubrics.
- Collaborate with educators to deploy curriculum, collect classroom feedback, and refine content for clarity, age appropriateness, and learning impact.
- Support the development of digital resources using tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, and LMS platforms.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience; freshers with a strong Computer Science or EdTech portfolio are welcome.
- Degree or relevant academic background in Computer Science, Education, Instructional Design, or another STEM field.
- Understanding of foundational AI concepts and the ability to explain technical ideas in an age-appropriate manner.
- Strong written English, research ability, content-structuring skills, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, LMS platforms, or comparable content-development tools.
- A portfolio or sample work demonstrating curriculum, instructional, educational, or technical content creation is highly preferred.
- This is a 4-month unpaid, on-site internship based in Bharatpur, Rajasthan. High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time opportunity through a performance-based PPO.
