About the Company
Vijyapana Advertising is hiring motivated Business Development Interns to support growth initiatives in the marketing and advertising industry. This opportunity is designed for candidates in the final year of graduation or post-graduation who want practical exposure to client acquisition, sales coordination, and business development in a fast-moving, in-office environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective clients and business opportunities across relevant markets.
- Assist with lead generation, outreach, follow-ups, and maintaining an organized sales pipeline.
- Communicate with prospects to understand their requirements and introduce suitable marketing and advertising services.
- Coordinate with internal marketing and sales teams to support proposals, presentations, and campaign-related discussions.
- Update lead records, prepare activity reports, and share regular progress updates with the reporting manager.
- Build professional relationships with prospective and existing clients through clear and timely communication.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing the final year of a graduation or post-graduation programme.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in client interaction.
- Interest in business development, marketing, advertising, sales, and relationship management.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work toward defined goals.
- Good organization, follow-up discipline, and basic familiarity with digital tools and documentation.
- Willingness to work full-time from the office in Kanpur for the complete internship duration.
This is a paid, three-month internship offering a monthly stipend of ₹6,000. The intern will gain hands-on experience in lead generation, sales support, client communication, and growth activities within the marketing and advertising sector.
