Job Description
We are looking for Marketing Executives to join our team for field-based marketing activities in various locations. The candidate should have good knowledge of the local area/territory and be comfortable travelling within the assigned region. Candidates must be available for an in-person interview.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits and marketing activities within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and local contacts.
- Promote company products/services and generate business opportunities.
- Cover the assigned area regularly and report field activities.
- Travel as required for business purposes.
Requirements
- Valid two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid Driving Licence, Vehicle RC and NOC, as applicable.
- Verification from local police.
- Good knowledge of the assigned/local area.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates must be available for an in-person interview.
Salary & Benefits
- TA (Travel Allowance): Reimbursement at actual eligible cost.
- DA (Dearness Allowance): As per company policy.
- Food Allowance
- Hotel Stay Allowance: Provided when the assigned location is more than 150 km from the candidate's home, subject to company policy.
Working Hours
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Sunday and national holidays: Off
