VEYRA AI is hiring for Agentic AI Engineer Intern (Product Intelligence and AI Evaluation)
About the Company:
VEYRA AI is building an AI-first product experience centered on intelligent, adaptive conversations. This internship offers ambitious students and early-career technologists the opportunity to work close to a real AI product and help make it more useful, reliable, and human-aware.
Responsibilities:
- Use VEYRA as a real candidate and complete at least two interviews.
- Identify AI, UX, latency, context, and conversational failures and perform root-cause analysis.
- Design evaluation scenarios, benchmark tests, and repeatable methods for assessing AI interviewer quality.
- Analyze multi-turn conversations, adaptive follow-ups, memory, planning, reflection, RAG, and tool calling.
- Research agentic AI patterns and build lightweight Python or JavaScript/TypeScript testing and evaluation tools.
- Collaborate with the team to improve VEYRA's AI interviewer and product intelligence.
- Document meaningful problems, evidence, root causes, and recommended improvements.
Requirements:
- Open to students, freshers, and candidates with 0–1 years of experience; previous internship experience is not required.
- Basic Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs, JSON, Git, and databases.
- Familiarity with LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering, conversational AI, AI agents, RAG, and AI evaluation.
- Strong observation, analytical thinking, technical reasoning, debugging, communication, curiosity, and fast-learning ability.
Selection process: Explore VEYRA, complete at least two interviews, identify meaningful problems, analyze their root causes, and submit your findings. This is a remote, full-time internship with a performance-based stipend of ₹30,000 per month for 6 months. Applications are directed to the Veyra website.
