Venture Quest Technologies India pvt Ltd is hiring a Travel Associate to support hospitality and travel operations in Delhi. The role offers an opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience to build practical expertise in customer service, travel coordination, and hospitality operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with travel-related queries, bookings, itineraries, and service requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams, hotels, transport partners, and other service providers to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain accurate booking records, follow up on pending requests, and resolve routine customer concerns promptly.
- Deliver courteous, responsive support while meeting service quality and operational standards.
- Stay informed about travel products, hospitality services, policies, and available customer options.
Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience may apply.
- Strong communication, listening, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
- Interest in the hospitality and travel industry with a service-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple requests, maintain attention to detail, and work effectively in a team.
- The position is full-time and based in Delhi, with compensation of ₹33,000 per month CTC.
