About the Company
VenSai Labs Pvt Ltd is offering a structured six-month remote internship for students seeking practical experience in human resources, recruitment, and talent acquisition. The program combines guided learning, mentorship, and exposure to real hiring workflows. Progression to the paid phase and any future full-time opportunity will depend on performance, suitability, and business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
- Review resumes, shortlist candidates, conduct initial screening calls, and coordinate interviews with hiring stakeholders.
- Assist with preparing job descriptions, publishing openings, maintaining candidate trackers, recording feedback, and coordinating follow-ups.
- Develop professional communication, candidate engagement, interview coordination, employer-branding, and recruitment-metrics skills.
- Contribute to day-to-day HR operations while meeting agreed recruitment responsibilities and learning goals.
Requirements
- Applicants should be pursuing BBA, MBA, preferably with an HR interest, or a related management qualification.
- Freshers and students with a genuine interest in recruitment and talent acquisition are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication, willingness to learn, ownership, and a proactive approach are expected.
- Basic familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.
- This is a six-month remote internship. The first three months are unpaid and focused on learning, training, recruitment fundamentals, sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- From the fourth month onward, candidates who are selected to continue based on performance may receive a stipend of ₹10,000 per month. The stipend is conditional and is not applicable automatically to every intern.
- Successful completion and performance may lead to consideration for a Pre-Placement Offer for roles such as Talent Acquisition Executive, HR Recruiter, or Recruitment Specialist.
