Crisis Inc 3.0 is an immersive corporate crisis simulation that challenges participants to tackle real-world organizational problems through problem-solving, analytical thinking, teamwork, quick thinking and presentation skills.
Participants take on key corporate roles across HR, PR, R&D, Legal and Finance, working individually and as a team to analyse crisis situations, develop solutions, defend their decisions and respond to unexpected changes.

Event Structure:

Round 1 – Vertical Challenge:

Participants represent one of five corporate verticals: HR, PR, R&D, Legal or Finance.
Each participant will analyse a problem statement, explain the issue, propose a solution, respond to questions and adapt their solution when presented with new developments.
The performance of individual representatives contributes to their team's cumulative score, with the strongest representatives from each vertical being recognised.

Qualified teams come together to tackle a common crisis faced by Crisis Inc.
Teams are given research time to analyse the situation, develop an organisation-wide response and prepare their presentation.
Each team then presents its solution before a panel of judges and faces questions testing their understanding, reasoning and proposed strategy.
The team with the strongest overall response to the crisis will be declared the winner.
