About the Role:
Vaultsphere AI Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our team in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and explain company products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.
- Maintain regular records and updates of leads and customer interactions.
- Work with the team to support business growth and achieve organizational goals.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to work from the office in BTM Layout Stage 1, Bengaluru.
