About the Company
Vanillakart (Emvity Brushflicks Creative Hub Pvt. Ltd.) is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to support people-focused initiatives in a fully remote environment. This internship offers practical exposure to core human resources activities while helping the team build a positive and organized candidate and employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across different roles.
- Help maintain recruitment trackers, interview schedules, candidate records, and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to employee engagement, research, and other people-operations assignments as required.
- Prepare updates and reports while handling sensitive information responsibly.
Requirements
- Interest in human resources, recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a remote setup.
- Basic familiarity with spreadsheets, online communication tools, and documentation is helpful.
- Applicants should be comfortable supporting a performance-oriented internship and learning through practical work.
Internship details: This is a 3-month remote internship with a monthly stipend of ₹1,000–₹2,000, linked to performance.
