Job Overview:
Handle customer queries, food orders, complaints, and sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
- Assist with orders, delivery updates, and menu information.
- Contact existing customers to increase sales and generate new leads.
- Promote upselling, cross-selling, and bulk orders.
- Coordinate with kitchen, delivery, sales, and accounts teams.
- Maintain customer records, ERP data, refunds, and daily MIS reports.
- Support customer retention and overall business growth.
Qualifications:
- PUC or equivalent qualification.
- Food delivery or hospitality experience preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic MS Excel and MIS reporting knowledge.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends.
