Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Founder. The ideal candidate should be extremely prompt, detail-oriented, and capable of managing the Founder's calendar efficiently while ensuring smooth coordination of meetings, schedules, and executive priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Founder's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and business engagements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics and materials are prepared in advance.
- Prioritize and manage changes to the Founder's schedule with minimal disruption.
- Act as a point of contact between the Founder and internal teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Handle meeting invitations, follow-ups, reminders, and agenda coordination.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other executive documents.
- Coordinate travel schedules and related arrangements when required.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent calendar management and scheduling skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
