- Lead and motivate a team of tele sales representatives to achieve sales targets.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in tele sales, preferably within the BFSI industry.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
