TTR Escapes OPC PVT LTD is seeking motivated talent to support its customer outreach and appointment-setting efforts. This remote internship offers hands-on exposure to telecalling, lead engagement, and early-stage business development in a performance-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers using the information and calling process provided.
- Explain relevant offerings clearly, understand prospect requirements, and maintain a professional conversation.
- Identify interested prospects, follow up at suitable times, and fix qualified appointments for the concerned team.
- Record call outcomes, appointment details, follow-up actions, and prospect feedback accurately.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure scheduled appointments are updated and followed through.
- Work consistently toward calling, follow-up, and appointment-setting targets while maintaining quality interactions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in telecalling, cold calling, inside sales, customer outreach, or a related area is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with making frequent outbound calls and handling different prospect responses professionally.
- Good organization and follow-up discipline, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet connectivity are required.
- This is a paid, 6-week, full-time remote internship with a monthly stipend of ₹13,000–₹15,000 and performance-linked incentives.
