About the Internship
Are you eager to break into Product Growth, Developer Relations, or Tech Marketing?
At Tryb, we are launching Tryb Arcade '26: The Build & Play Festival—India's largest campus movement where students build real products and games evaluated on actual Daily Active Users (DAU).
As a Growth & Campus Community Intern, you will be the face of Tryb on your campus. You will act as the "Chief Growth Officer" of your college, leading club partnerships, hosting AI & product masterclasses, and mobilizing student builders to ship live games and capture national leaderboard ranks.
Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)
- Campus Evangelism & Community: Partner with college clubs (E-Cells, Coding Clubs, GDSCs, Student Councils) to introduce Tryb to your student body.
- Masterclass Activation: Drive student attendance for Tryb's pre-fest masterclasses in AI Systems, Vibe Coding, Product Management, and Growth Hacking.
- Builder Sourcing & Team Formation: Identify developers, designers, and creators on campus; help them form teams for the 15-Day Tryb Game Jam (₹2.25L Prize Pool).
- Distribution & User Acquisition: Help participating campus teams distribute their games on campus WhatsApp/Discord networks to drive real daily active users (DAU).
- Weekly Growth Reporting: Coordinate directly with Tryb's core leadership team on campus traction metrics.
Who Can Apply (Eligibility)
- Currently enrolled in any undergraduate or postgraduate program across India Active in college clubs, societies, or campus communities (preferred).
- Strong communication, networking, and leadership skills.
- High enthusiasm for startups, tech, gaming, or generative AI.
- Available for 4–5 weeks starting immediately.
