Responsibilities:
- Handle all back-end operations related to business travel for UK & Europe destinations.
- Manage the blocking of attractions and other on-ground services.
- Address and resolve any issues faced by clients on-ground promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure smooth coordination and execution of travel plans.
- Maintain high standards of client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates.
