Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles.
- Support the coordination of interviews and candidate communication.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and build talent pipelines.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
- Contribute to improving recruitment processes and strategies.
- Perform administrative tasks related to talent acquisition as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and professional networking sites.
- Enthusiasm for learning about the recruitment industry and talent acquisition best practices.
