Job Summary
Toliday Trip Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Air Ticketing Executive with 3–5 years of experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of domestic and international air ticketing, fare calculations, airline policies, and reservation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings.
- Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund air tickets as per airline policies.
- Provide clients with the best available flight options and fare quotations.
- Manage reservations, itinerary changes, and travel-related requests.
- Coordinate with airlines and vendors for ticketing and booking support.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely confirmation of bookings.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Maintain booking records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Air Ticketing within the travel industry.
- MBA / PGDM / Graduate preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of airline fares, ticketing, refunds, reissues, and reservation procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Good customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
