Opportunity brief

About the Role:

  • You'll work directly under our team as a creator coordinator, managing multiple creators across multiple brands and making sure every brief, video, and deadline stays on track.
  • We don't expect you to run everything from day one. You'll start with a few creators, learn how we work, and take on more brands and campaigns as you grow.
  • Not ready for the coordinator role yet? If you create content and have an active Instagram or other social account, we may still bring you in as a UGC creator, making content for one of our brands.
  • We hire fast. Joining is this week. We review applications within 24 hours, and if you're a fit, you'll get a callback.

Responsibilities:

  • Find, shortlist, and onboard creators and influencers who fit each brand's audience and goals
  • Own end-to-end communication with creators, from the first outreach message to the final published post
  • Share clear briefs with creators so they know exactly what the brand needs, what the hook is, and what success looks like
  • Review creator content before it goes live and give specific, practical feedback on hooks, pacing, captions, and calls to action
  • Run a feedback loop after content is published: check how it performed, figure out why, and help creators improve the next piece
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and revisions so campaigns launch on time
  • Track trends, sounds, formats, and memes across Instagram, YouTube, X, Threads, Facebook, and other platforms, and share what's working with the team
  • Create your own short-form video content when needed to test ideas, show creators a reference, or support campaigns

Requirements:

  • You must be a video content creator yourself. Reels, Shorts, or any short-form format on any platform counts
  • A strong sense of what makes content catchy: hooks, storytelling, editing pace, and trends
  • Clear, friendly, and confident communication, since you'll be talking to creators every day
  • The ability to give honest feedback without killing someone's creative energy
  • Organised enough to manage multiple creators and deadlines at once
  • Bonus: prior experience in influencer marketing, UGC, or coordinating with creators or brands
  • Open to working as a UGC creator for a brand if the coordinator role isn't the right fit yet
  • Available to join this week
  • When applying, share a link to your best video content and tell us why you think it worked
