To-Let Globe is hiring for the role of Business Development/Market Development Intern.
- This is a part-time, remote internship focused on lead generation, market research, and customer service.
- The intern will also assist with day-to-day business development activities such as cold calling and preparing presentations for potential clients.
Responsibilities Of The Intern:
- Pay close attention to customers' needs, concerns, and questions. Actively listen to their words, tone, and emotions to understand their requirements and respond appropriately.
- Show empathy towards customers' issues and concerns. Be patient, even in challenging situations, and try to understand and address their problems effectively.
- Speak clearly and use concise language to ensure that customers understand the message. Avoid jargon or technical terms that may cause confusion.
- Maintain a positive attitude throughout conversations, regardless of the customer's tone or behavior. Stay calm, polite, and professional while resolving queries or issues.
- Develop strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns efficiently. Be proactive in finding solutions and offer alternatives when necessary.
- Respect customers' time by providing prompt and efficient service. Be mindful of call duration while ensuring that customers feel valued and heard.
- Adapt to different customer communication styles and preferences. Adjust tone, pace, and approach according to the customer's needs and personality. Seek feedback from supervisors or colleagues to identify areas for improvement.
- Actively work on enhancing telephonic communication skills through training and practice.
Duration:
- 3-month internship with a 6-day training period.
Location:
- Work from home.
Working Days:
- 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday.
Working Hours:
- Part-time, approximately 3 hours per day.
- Flexible working hours.
Stipend: Unpaid.
