Overview
ThisPlayHive turns the TVs already in cafés, salons, gyms and shops into local ad screens. Shop owners earn from their screen; nearby businesses advertise on the screens around them. We're looking for marketing interns to grow our network in Bengaluru.
What You'll Do
- Visit cafés, salons, gyms, clinics and shops in your area; explain ThisPlayHive and help owners connect their TV in a few minutes.
- Bring local businesses on board as advertisers and help them book their first ads.
- Learn the ThisPlayHive app well enough to demo it and answer questions.
- Report bugs, problems and customer concerns to our team through the Manager bot in the app.
- Check in on the screens you've signed up, and follow up when one goes offline.
- Log your visits and send a short daily report in the app.
Who We're Looking For
- Marketing / BBA / MBA students or freshers who enjoy talking to people.
- Must speak Kannada and English; Hindi is a plus.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence, and a smartphone.
- Self-driven: you plan your own route, with support from the Manager bot.
What You Get
- ₹4,000 a month fixed + ₹300 for each new shop owner whose screen is connected and verified + ₹300 for each advertiser you bring who makes their first paid booking.
- Petrol reimbursed, up to ₹2,000 a month.
- ThisPlayHive ID card, brochures and visiting cards.
- Certificate, letter of recommendation, and a job offer for top performers.
