The Works is hiring for the role of Social Media Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate within the agency
- Develop comprehensive advertising strategies tailored to each client's objectives, target audience, and budget
- Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand guidelines
- Manage client budgets effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI
- Work closely with internal teams to translate clients requirements into creative concepts and deliverables, providing guidance and feedback throughout the process
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, analysing key metrics and recommending adjustments to optimize results
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients and participate in pitches and presentations to secure new business
- Develop compelling copy and communication across campaigns, including concepts, scripts, social media, digital content, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables, ensuring the writing is aligned with the brand strategy and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field - Proven experience of 0-1 years in account management or client services within the advertising industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients and internal stakeholders - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing successful advertising campaigns - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in project management tools and advertising platforms - A passion for advertising and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
