- Drive new client acquisition and achieve sales growth targets.
- Focus on business development within the consumer retail sector.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and negotiation.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Travel for client meetings as required.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
- Mandatory experience in Consumer Retail.
- Experience in Beauty, Salon, Spa, Wellness, Personal Care, or FMCG is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
