Are you someone who loves connecting with people, building communities, and taking the lead on campus?
The Learning Stage is looking for motivated students to join our team as Internship Delegates and become our student representatives within their colleges.
As an Internship Delegate, you will play an important role in introducing students to our practical workshops, skill-development programs and career-focused opportunities. You will be the link between The Learning Stage and your campus community.
What You'll Do
- Act as a student representative of The Learning Stage at your college.
- Introduce your peers to our upcoming workshops, internships, and skill-development opportunities.
- Create awareness about our programs through your college network, student communities, and social media presence.
- Identify students who would genuinely benefit from our programs and help them discover the right opportunities.
- Build relationships with college clubs, student groups, societies, and peer communities.
- Drive participation and registrations for relevant The Learning Stage programs.
- Assist our team in executing campus campaigns and student engagement initiatives.
- Share feedback, student responses, and insights with our team to help us understand campus requirements better.
- Stay connected with the The Learning Stage team and keep track of ongoing campaigns and activities.
- Represent the brand responsibly and maintain a professional approach while communicating with students.
What We're Looking For
You could be a great fit if you:
- Are currently pursuing a UG, PG, or diploma program.
- Have a strong presence or network within your college.
- Enjoy interacting with new people and building connections.
- Are comfortable using platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are confident, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
- Have an interest in marketing, entrepreneurship, leadership, business development, or career development.
- Can manage responsibilities independently while staying connected with the team.
Previous work experience is not required. We value initiative, consistency, communication, and your ability to connect with fellow students.
