The Learning Stage is a Hyderabad-based education company that runs hands-on, in-person skill workshops and mentor-led programs on college campuses across India. Students build real projects, earn verifiable certificates, and move into internships through our two-month train-and-intern program. Programs cover high-demand domains such as Full Stack & AI, Data Science, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, UI/UX Design, and Digital Marketing.
Role Description:
- This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Intern role in Kondapur, Hyderabad, with immediate joining.
- You will drive our growth by engaging with prospective students, building a strong lead pipeline through digital channels, and guiding learners to the right programs.
- Day to day, you will call prospective students to understand their learning goals and recommend suitable programs. You will also find and nurture leads on WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms, follow up professionally, and support interested students through to enrolment.
- You will work toward monthly enrolment and revenue targets, keep accurate records of leads and pipeline activity, and share regular progress updates with the team.
- The role offers high ownership, a stipend of ₹15,000/month, incentives of up to ₹10,000/month, and a pre-placement offer for top performers.
Qualifications:
- Students or recent graduates keen on business development and sales (freshers welcome)
- Excellent English; Telugu or Hindi is a strong plus
- Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with a positive, persuasive approach
- Familiarity with WhatsApp and social media platforms for outreach
- Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain an organised, up-to-date lead pipeline
- Ability to work on-site in Kondapur, Hyderabad, and join immediately
- Any stream; an interest in education is a bonus
