Opportunity brief
Roles:
- Join as a Co-Founder and work closely with the founder to build and scale The Funding Story.
- Take ownership of content, audience growth, partnerships, and overall business development
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute the growth strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, and other digital platforms.
- Identify and develop high-quality stories around startups, funding, acquisitions, business, founders, and emerging companies.
- Build relationships with founders, investors, VCs, PE firms, banks, fintechs, and other ecosystem stakeholders.
- Drive audience growth, distribution, partnerships, and monetisation opportunities.
- Help shape the brand, content strategy, positioning, and long-term business model of The Funding Story.
- Take ownership of key business functions and work closely with the founder on strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Strong interest in startups, business, finance, media, and the Indian startup ecosystem.
- Strong communication, networking, research, and execution skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and work independently.
- Someone who wants to build, not just work on a job.
- Prior experience in content, media, startups, business development, marketing, finance, or journalism is a plus.
- Willingness to take significant ownership and grow with The Funding Story.
