About the Company
The Dermal Script Pvt Ltd is a research-driven skincare startup combining barrier science, advanced delivery systems, skin biology, and pharmaceutical-grade research to create multifunctional skincare staples for everyday, long-term use. This internship offers an early team member the opportunity to contribute hands-on to a modern consumer brand and help shape its visual presence from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage engaging content for Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Design social creatives, packaging assets, labels, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Develop illustrations, infographics, and visually consistent brand communications.
- Capture and edit product photography, short-form videos, reels, and other digital content.
- Plan, schedule, publish, and help maintain the social media content calendar.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations, user-generated content, and campaign execution.
- Maintain a premium and consistent visual identity across every brand touchpoint.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of design, typography, composition, colour, and visual aesthetics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent tools.
- Working knowledge of photography, lighting, styling, videography, and content editing.
- Familiarity with social media management and content planning.
- Excellent attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for building beautiful, research-led brands.
- Prior exposure to beauty, skincare, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands is useful but not required.
- An active Instagram profile or personal content page is preferred, but not mandatory.
