A computer-aided design competition where participants create accurate and innovative 3D models or engineering assemblies using professional CAD software while solving real-world design challenges.
Rules and Regulations:
Eligibility:
Open to students with CAD knowledge, mainly in mechanical, civil, and design. Individual.
Performance Guidelines:
- Software is provided in the lab; downloaded templates are not allowed.
- The model file must be submitted before the deadline.
- Tutorials or internet use are not allowed.
Judging Criteria:
- Accuracy and dimensions (30%)
- Design intent (25%)
- Manufacturability (25%)
- Creativity (20%).
