Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor water and wastewater treatment projects from start to commissioning.
- Prepare project execution plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved time, cost, quality, and scope.
- Review and understand P&IDs, GA drawings, process designs, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams.
- Ensure proper installation and integration of equipment such as pumps, blowers, filters, RO systems, STP/ETP systems, MEE, ZLD, UF, DM plants, etc., as applicable.
- Coordinate with the purchase team for timely procurement of project materials and equipment.
- Verify material requirements against BOQ and project specifications.
- Monitor project budget, actual expenses, and cost overruns.
- Control manpower, material, subcontractor, transportation, and other project expenses.
- Lead and monitor project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor individual/team performance.
- Escalate critical issues and delays to management with corrective action plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third parties/vendors.
- Willingness to travel across INDIA
Job Qualification:
- Holds a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering ( Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical etc) with a minimum 3 years of experience of relevant field.
- Exposure to tools AutoCAD and Revit will be an added advantage.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
