Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Reach out to prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels.
- Explain TechBairn's courses, workshops, internships, and certification programmes.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable learning paths.
- Follow up with interested students and answer their queries.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrolments.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and enrolment targets.
- Build long-term relationships with students and ensure a positive enrolment experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in interacting with students over calls and messages.
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
