About the Opportunity:
Tech Eximius 2.0 is a Tech Circle hackathon structured as an online coding challenge with an offline participation mode. Designed for teams, it invites participants to develop and present ideas within the areas of Software Development and Conferences.
This opportunity is a platform to showcase technical skills, creative thinking, problem-solving, innovation management, teamwork, collaboration, and public speaking. Participants will shape their ideas into meaningful project solutions and demonstrate both their technical approach and project vision.

Competition Structure:
The structure for this online coding challenge is as follows:
- ROUND 1 — PPT Submission: Participants submit a presentation explaining their idea, problem statement, proposed solution, workflow, features, tech stack, and overall project vision. This stage focuses on the innovation, feasibility, and clarity of the proposed solution. - Project Submission: Teams submit their complete project, including source code, demo video, working prototype, and all necessary solution details. Projects are evaluated on innovation, technical implementation, impact, creativity, functionality, and presentation. - Final Evaluation — Offline Round: Shortlisted teams present their projects during an offline final evaluation round featuring an 8-hour hackathon. Participants demonstrate their projects, explain their approach, showcase key features, and answer judges' questions on implementation, scalability, innovation, and impact.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to students, developers, designers, and tech enthusiasts across India
- Participation allowed individually or in teams
- Cross college and cross-domain teams are allowed
- Beginners as well as experienced participants are welcome
- Each participant can be a part of only one team
Team Formation:
- Teams can consist of 2-4 members - Solo participation is not allowed - Teams must finalize members before the PPT submission round
Rules & Guidelines:
- All projects, code, and assets must be original
- Plagiarism or copied projects will lead to disqualification
- Teams must submit projects within the provided timelines
- Submission links and repositories must remain accessible
- Participants are expected to maintain professional and ethical conduct throughout the hackathon
- Organizers reserve the right to modify timelines or rules if required

All decisions made by the judging panel will be final and binding.
