- Strategically identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the virtual office, business support services, and workspace solutions sectors.
- Develop and nurture robust relationships with prospective clients, deeply understanding their unique operational requirements.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our diverse service portfolio, articulating clear value propositions.
- Lead contract negotiations and successfully close deals to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Generate insightful reports on sales performance, emerging market trends, and valuable client feedback.
Requirements
- 0-1 years of progressive experience in business development or a closely related sales function, with a preference for exposure to virtual office, business support, or workspace solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and consistently meeting or surpassing targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Profound understanding of contemporary sales methodologies and client-centric service practices.
- Capacity to excel both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced professional setting.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant discipline is highly desirable.
