Talentarc HR Solutions is hiring a Client Relationship Associate for a reputed NGO working on social-impact initiatives. This opportunity is based in Sector 4, Noida, near Sector 16 Metro Station, and offers a professional environment for candidates who enjoy communication, coordination, and stakeholder interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and regular communication.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams to ensure timely progress.
- Maintain accurate records, data, and required documentation.
- Provide timely updates and resolve routine communication requirements professionally.
- Support the organisation's social-impact initiatives through dependable coordination and follow-through.
- Work in a fixed day shift for six days a week and remain comfortable in a client-facing role.
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred for this opportunity.
- Good Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, professional attitude.
- Comfort with calling, follow-ups, coordination, basic documentation, and maintaining records.
