Talent Glider is hiring Customer Support Executives for our International Voice Process (Career Counseling). You will interact with U.S.-based clients, understand their requirements, provide career guidance, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable career solutions.
- Resolve queries professionally and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with prospective clients and update CRM records.
- Achieve quality and performance targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- International voice process experience is preferred.
