Opportunity brief
About the role
We're looking for a high-energy, internet-native college student to help us build a coffee brand from the ground up.
This isn't a "schedule posts and make Canva creatives" internship. You'll get real ownership across social media, content, community, creators, partnerships and brand-building — and a chance to actually see your ideas come to life.
If you're the person who always knows what's trending, has strong opinions on what's cool, loves meeting new people and is constantly saying "wait, we should do this" — we want to meet you.
Responsibility
- Make the internet care about us. Come up with, create and manage fun, culturally relevant content for our social media — from ideas and trends to reels, stories and community conversations.
- Build our community. Find interesting creators, college communities, societies, events, cafés, brands and people we should know — and start conversations with them.
- Make partnerships happen. Reach out to potential collaborators, creators and communities, pitch ideas, coordinate collaborations and help turn conversations into actual partnerships.
- Be our eyes and ears on the internet. Stay on top of trends, memes, creators, formats and conversations and constantly bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Get involved IRL. Help execute sampling, college activations, events and other community-led initiatives.
- Experiment. Try things, learn what works, look at the numbers and keep improving. We'd rather see 10 ideas tried than 1 idea overthought.
- Work directly with the founders across content, community, partnerships and brand-building.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is:
- Extremely outgoing and genuinely enjoys meeting and talking to people
- Internet-native and naturally plugged into trends, creators, culture and social media
- Someone with great taste and a strong instinct for what feels cool, relevant and authentic
- Proactive — you see a problem and try to solve it instead of waiting for instructions
- Confident enough to put yourself out there and comfortable hearing "no"
- Curious and quick to learn — you don't need to know everything, but you should want to figure things out
- Resourceful — you can make things happen without needing a huge budget or a 10-person team
- Reliable and committed — ideas are great, but execution matters more
- Excited by the idea of building something from scratch
Who should apply?
College students from any degree or background who are interested in content, social media, marketing, creators, communities, entrepreneurship or simply building cool things.
