About The Event

• Stratazeal 3.0 is back with its third edition - bigger, sharper and more exciting than ever. The Admissions & PR Team of SCMHRD brings back one of the most awaited B-school case competitions for MBA aspirants.
• Stratazeal 3.0 is a journey to learn, explore, expand your boundaries, and create. With three diverse tracks - General Management, Business Analytics, and Infrastructure Development & Management, participants can explore multiple facets of management and discover where their interests and strengths lie.
• From Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Finance and Operations to Business Analytics and Infrastructure Development & Management, each track offers an opportunity to tackle real-world challenges, think beyond conventional approaches, and develop solutions that go beyond textbook answers.
• But Stratazeal 3.0 is more than just a case competition. It is an opportunity to challenge your thinking, compete with some of the brightest MBA aspirants, and create solutions that can stand up to real-world scrutiny.
• The experience goes beyond the competition, with opportunities to interact with SCMHRD students and faculty and experience the campus, offering participants a glimpse into the world of an MBA even before they step into a B-school.

Who can Participate?

- Eligibility: Open to all aspirants appearing for MBA entrance exams.

Stratazeal 3.0 Challenge

• Round 1: Ignite
• Participants step into Ignite with a mock SNAP challenge: 30 questions in 30 minutes, spanning Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Skills and Ethics, Morality and Values.
• The round sets the tone for the journey, where composure meets capability and aspirants must demonstrate the focus, precision and confidence to perform under time pressure.

Note: Participation is mandatory to move forward to Round 2.

- Round 2: Ascent

The Ascent round challenges participants to move beyond aptitude and demonstrate their ability to analyse, strategise and build solutions through a real-world business case.

The case is available across 3 specialization-based tracks:

• General Management
• Business Analytics (BA)
• Infrastructure Development & Management (IDM)
• Case Workshop: (30 September 2026) A hands-on session conducted by SCMHRD seniors who have successfully participated in and won case competitions.
• Alumni-led Industry Webinar: (2 October 2026) An interactive session featuring BA & IDM alumni, who will share their first-hand experiences of their MBA journey at SCMHRD and provide participants with insights into their respective specializations and careers.

Submission & Selection:

• An individual can participate in any number of tracks.
• Participants must submit a 2-slide deck (excluding Introduction & Thank You slides).
• 3 participants from each track will be shortlisted to advance to Round 3: Touchdown, where they will present their solutions.
• The participant should upload the Case deck as a PDF or PPT File.
• Additionally, participants are required to upload a 1-minute video explanation of the constructed solution, with a focus on creativity. The most creative video will be posted on our social media handles.

Round 3: Touchdown

• Touchdown brings 9 finalists (3 from each track) to the SCMHRD campus for the ultimate case presentation before esteemed faculty judges, along with mentorship, campus tour and faculty interaction.
• Exciting prizes and an all-expenses-covered SCMHRD campus experience, while finalists receive certificates, LinkedIn badges and a chance to strengthen their CV.
