Swipe Billing Software is hiring for Inside Sales Associate

Swipe Billing Software builds simple invoicing and payments solutions for small and medium businesses across India. Its product helps local businesses create invoices and collect payments conveniently through WhatsApp, supporting a faster and easier customer payment experience. The company is trusted by more than 25 lakh SMEs and is backed by Y Combinator along with leading venture capital firms and angel investors in India and Silicon Valley.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging online product demonstrations through Google Meet, Zoom, and similar platforms, tailoring each conversation to the prospect's needs.
- Handle inbound leads and calls, qualify opportunities, follow up consistently, and convert prospects into active customers.
- Own the initial customer journey from first interaction through successful product onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, demos, follow-ups, customer questions, feedback, and outcomes in CRM systems.
- Share customer insights, product suggestions, and market observations with internal teams to improve the sales and onboarding experience.
- Work toward defined sales and conversion goals while delivering a helpful, professional customer experience.
Requirements
- Six months to two years of experience in sales or business development through an internship or full-time role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to explain products clearly.
- A relationship-oriented and empathetic approach to customer conversations.
- Goal-focused, disciplined, and comfortable managing follow-ups and sales targets.
- Fluency in Hindi is required.
- Willingness to work six days a week from the company's office at Swipe View Park, Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity offering a compensation range of ₹4,00,000 to ₹6,50,000 per annum.
